Best Practices For Keynote Success
- Plan a series of events 4-6 months in advance with long-term goals in mind.
- Share Keynotes media on your unit’s web and social media channels. Everything we produce together is yours to share.
- Take advantage of registrant reporting, live show metrics and Keynotes analytics to connect with your target audience.

We will provide a link to the registration page for the event for you to share with your audiences. This link will direct registrants to the eCornell website for viewing.
Our events can also be simulcast live to social media channels.
A registration report will be provided 2-3 days after the event concludes. This report includes first name, last name, and email address. Upon request, we may be able to include additional fields.
All events are recorded and made available for viewing at the registration URL. A link to the mp4 file of the event recording will be added to the intake form in the event box folder 2-3 days after the event concludes.
We will provide you with viewership numbers for all platforms (eCornell, Facebook and LinkedIn) via email 2-3 days after the event concludes.
The Keynotes platform allows for your unit’s logo to be featured across event pages and user touchpoints, including the registration page and in-show logo display.
Absolutely! Many Cornell units engage with us to produce a series of events on a key topic.
Let’s Get Started
The process of transforming an interesting idea into an impactful Keynote event starts by meeting with our production team, then scheduling a date and gathering details that support event registration pages. We collaboratively plan, prepare for, and finally run the event.
