Some of the most exciting technological advances in recent years have come from the food and agriculture sectors, and new innovations are being cooked up every day. So just what are today’s leading-edge food and ag pioneers planning for tomorrow? The second Grow-NY business competition offers intriguing insight into what’s coming.
The contest attracted over 250 innovative, high-growth food and agriculture startups from across the globe to compete for $3 million in prizes. Of the 20 finalists that stepped up to the challenge and pitched business plans, seven walked away as winners, including a few businesses with Cornell ties.
