Education, social interactions, family dynamics, and many other aspects of childhood have been altered by the coronavirus. Parents and caregivers have had to grapple with difficult decisions around exposure and risk while trying to maintain a sense of normalcy for their children. But even when the worst of the pandemic is behind us, there will be lingering concerns about how the potential long-term effects of the virus may impact the health and development of children.
In this session, we’ll explore how caregivers can help children and families stay healthy and thrive throughout the remainder of the pandemic, and we’ll address some of the more pressing concerns and questions regarding COVID-19 prevention and child health and development.
