The workplace has changed dramatically in the past three years for everyone from senior leaders to people new to the workforce. A diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) focus that was energized in 2020 has faded in many workplaces, leaving the future of DE&I uncertain in many organizations.
Dana Moss, Vice President and Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion officer at Corning Incorporated, will talk with Cornell ILR School Dean Alexander Colvin about what she has learned over her career about DE&I’s role in the workplace and its future.
