Sarosh Kuruvilla is Professor of Industrial Relations, Asian Studies and Public Affairs at Cornell University. Professor Kuruvilla joined Cornell’s faculty in 1990 after obtaining a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Iowa in 1989 and after a career as a labor relations manager in the industry in India. He directs the New Conversations Project: Sustainable Labor Standards In Global Supply Chains.

Kelly M. Fay Rodríguez was the U.S. Special Representative for International Labor Affairs from 2022 to 2025. Ms. Rodriguez is co-founder and principal of the Alliance for Diplomacy and Justice and a senior fellow at the Carr-Ryan Center at the Harvard Kennedy School, as well as guest lecturer at Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations. She also leads a new Competence Center for Human Rights Due Diligence.
Jason Judd is Executive Director of the Cornell ILR Global Labor Institute, which focuses on improving global labor practices. He previously led the Ship to Shore Rights Project at the International Labor Organization in Bangkok and served as Vice President of the Fair Labor Association in Washington, D.C., where he directed all accountability programs, including the FLA’s Fair Compensation work.
Mr. Judd has worked in senior roles for the ILO’s Better Work program, Demos (New York), the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), the AFL-CIO, the Solidarity Center, and the Industrial Areas Foundation. His work has been featured in the New York Times and Financial Times, as well as on PBS. A former Fulbright Fellow, Mr. Judd holds an A.B. in Economics from Duke University and an MPA from l’École Nationale d’Administration (ENA/RULE).
Krishanti Dharmaraj is the Independent Chair of the Dindigul Agreement as well as the Independent Chair of RISE, an organization committed to the empowerment of women workers in the garment supply chain. She was a Fellow at the Institute for Policy Studies in Washington, D.C., (2023 to 2025) and is at Salzburg Global Seminar in Salzburg, Austria (2022 to present).
Ms. Dharmaraj founded Dignity Index Global, an organization that works with cities, institutions, and communities to co-create safe and equitable spaces to end gender-based violence. She is also the Transnational Lead of the Feminist Alliance for Rights (FAR).
Most recently, as a senior strategist for the ILO Convention 190 Arc, Ms. Dharmaraj worked with advocates, unions, and academics for the ratification and implementation of ILO C190, the international convention on ending violence and harassment against women and men in the world of work. She has held leadership positions with organizations such as Amnesty International USA; Women, Law, and Development; the Center for Asian Pacific American Women, and Thousand Currents.
