Ari Redbord is the Global Head of Policy at TRM Labs, a leading blockchain intelligence entity. In tandem with this role, Mr. Redbord serves as the vice chair of the CFTC Technology Advisory Committee, contributes to Forbes Crypto, and remains a predominant figure in cryptocurrency policy and regulation.

Before TRM, Mr. Redbord held pivotal roles at the U.S. Treasury, serving as the Senior Advisor to both the Deputy Secretary and the Undersecretary for Terrorism and Financial Intelligence. There, he collaborated with departments like OFAC and FinCEN, leveraging sanctions and regulations to counteract threats from malevolent entities like terrorist financiers and nations including Iran and North Korea. Moreover, Mr. Redbord played a significant role in shaping cryptocurrency and anti-money laundering regulations. His earlier tenure as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia saw him tackle myriad cases, from cryptocurrency to human trafficking.

Dana Gibber is an accomplished climate tech entrepreneur and lawyer as well as the CEO of Flowcarbon, a company she co-founded in 2021 to amplify natural climate solutions. Under her stewardship, Flowcarbon rapidly established itself as a vanguard in the voluntary carbon market. The firm innovatively employs cutting-edge technology to streamline financing and certification for carbon reduction projects. Flowcarbon champions the use of blockchain tokens to transparently market carbon credits.

Ms. Gibber’s influence transcends her company; she’s an active member of policy working groups at notable platforms like the World Economic Forum and the International Emissions Trading Association. A Harvard and Yale alumnus, her illustrious career also includes co-founding Headliner Labs and esteemed positions at the U.S. Court of Appeals and the Council on Foreign Relations.

Lin William Cong is the Rudd Family Professor of Management and Associate Professor of Finance at the Johnson Graduate School of Management, SC Johnson College of Business, Cornell University. Prior to joining Cornell, Professor Cong was an Assistant Professor of Finance at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and faculty member at the Center for East Asian Studies. He was also a doctoral fellow at the Stanford Institute for Innovation in Developing Economies and a George Shultz Scholar at the Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research. Professor Cong is currently a Kauffman Junior Faculty Fellow as well as one of Poets & Quants World’s Best 40 Under 40 MBA Professors. He serves as an associate editor for Management Science and the Journal of Banking and Finance, and he is a member of multiple professional organizations. Professor Cong earned a Ph.D. in Finance and an M.S. in Statistics from Stanford University, where he was recognized with the Lieberman Fellowship for outstanding contributions in research, teaching, and university service.
