Event Overview
In today’s fast-moving and unpredictable environment, leadership requires more than plans and performance metrics; it demands the ability to think and act across multiple dimensions strategically, adaptively, and relationally.
In this session, Neil Tarallo from Cornell’s SC Johnson College of Business explores the concept of multi-dimensional leadership, a practical approach that helps leaders navigate uncertainty, build trust across differing perspectives, and move forward even when the path isn’t clear.
Drawing on real-world experience and the evolving demands of executive leadership, Neil will share how effective leaders blend structured planning with adaptive action and how the ability to translate across reasoning styles can be the difference between stalling out and moving ahead.
