Abby Dateo is a junior at Cornell studying Environment and Sustainability Sciences with a concentration in Corporate Sustainability and a minor in Business. Ms. Dateo is a leader at VoizDAO on the Brands and Partners team; just this past February, she worked alongside a global group of four other students in developing and hosting the VoizDAO Sustainable Finance Summit. Along with tackling projects for Voiz@Cornell and VoizDAO, Ms. Dateo is a member of OnePointFive’s Expert Network; she contributes to cultivating community in OPF’s 100+ virtual expert environment.

Julia Akker is a senior associate at OnePointFive, bringing more than six years of experience as a business consultant at EY, where she most recently managed project teams and advised Fortune 30 banking clients on banking strategy, risk management, compliance, and operations. She is passionate about sustainable food systems and the power of plant-based diets to help reverse climate change, and she has dedicated her career to working on sustainability challenges and solutions. Ms. Akker is a food access volunteer with GrowNYC, supporting their greenmarkets and composting programs, and recently completed Buckminster Fuller Institute’s course on regenerative agriculture and systems change.
Matthias Muehlbauer is a former founder with a global background in both corporate and early-stage startup environments, having worked in management consulting with multinational corporations at PwC in both Australia and Japan. His time at OnePointFive as a strategy consultant has included work for an impact VC, performing climate technology and commercial due diligence on an early-stage investment, as well as a U.S. market-entry project for a climate AI and machine learning platform from London focused on predicting physical asset risk from a climate lens.
Prior to OnePointFive, Mr. Muehlbauer graduated as a MEXT Japan Young Leaders Scholar from Japan’s top MBA school, Hitotsubashi University, and completed a year at Yale’s School of Management as a Yale Macmillan CEAS Fellow. Recently, as finance and software lead, he worked with Yale early-stage startup Cambium Carbon, building natural climate solutions by reimagining the urban forestry life cycle to drive carbon sequestration. Mr. Muehlbauer has a passion for sustainability and global issues and is an Executive Committee member of the Australia Japan Youth Dialogue, where he oversees strategy and fundraising.
Neil Yeoh is the CEO and founder of OnePointFive, a sustainability advisory and technology firm. He also serves as a startup advisor for Yale’s Center of Business and Environment. Prior to this, Mr. Yeoh was a Deputy Director at Echoing Green, leading their startup post-investment support team and an $8.5M climate portfolio. He has invested in and supported dozens of startups tackling climate change, helping them raise millions collectively to bring their solutions from lab to market.
Mr. Yeoh writes for Forbes on next-generation climate solutions and startup investing, and he has been invited to speak at the United Nations as well as Oxford, Harvard, Yale, New York, and Princeton Universities. He has over five years of management consulting experience across four continents with Dalberg, Accenture, and KPMG. Mr. Yeoh has an Executive Master’s of Environmental Management from Yale University and an MBA from Oxford University. He also has degrees in Robotics Engineering, International Business, and Management from Adelaide and Hong Kong Universities.
