Weill Cornell Medicine has been at the forefront of virtual health since 2016. In addition to launching novel virtual service lines for patient care, the institution has been a leader in training and educating providers through its Center for Virtual Care.

Before the pandemic, physicians at the Center had designed innovative training to help clinicians navigate this new care space. In early 2020, the foundation that they built proved invaluable as the demand for virtual care grew exponentially during one of the nation’s most critical and challenging times.
