T.J. Hochanadel

T.J. Hochanadel is an Associate Vice President in Jones Lang LaSalle’s New York office. He serves as a strategic transaction advisor and broker specialist for various Technology, Advertising, Media and Information  (“TAMI”) tenants in NYC and throughout the world.  In addition, Mr. Hochanadel leads the day-to-day transaction team for the JLL / Blackstone Portfolio Company partnership, in which JLL represents Blackstone-owned companies with their various commercial real estate needs throughout the world.

Mr. Hochanadel leads a comprehensive real estate process for each of his clients, which includes customized transaction strategic planning, market expertise and coordination, and financial analysis for various scenarios.

Mr. Hochanadel has 5 years of experience as a real estate broker in New York City.  He has worked toward the completion of over 1 million square feet of various transactions and projects throughout the world since he began his career with Jones Lang LaSalle. Mr. Hochanadel earned a bachelor of science in communications and marketing from Cornell University.

He is currently a member of the Entrepreneurship at Cornell Advisory Council, The Real Estate Board of New York, the Cornell University Alumni Association, and the Cornell Football Association.
