Perdita Das-Humphrey
Perdita Das-Humphrey (she/her) is the Assistant Dean of Hans Bethe House at Cornell University. She grew up in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and immigrated to the U.S. Ms. Das-Humphrey joined Cornell as the Residence Hall Director of Balch Hall in 2017, where she also advised and coordinated the CORE RA program, which focuses on sexual violence prevention education within residential communities. Her passion lies in building inclusive environments, helping students develop as socially just leaders, and creating spaces for continuous dialogue and growth across differences. In addition to her role in Bethe House, Ms. Das-Humphrey also serves as a confidential victim advocate with the Skorton Center for Health Initiatives and as co-chair of the Women of Color Colleague Network Group.
