Juliana Fagua Arias

Juliana Fagua Arias is an art historian and curator of Latin American art and material culture. Her research interests focus on the early modern transpacific trade and the cross-cultural artistic connections between Asia and Latin America, which impacted material culture on both sides of the Pacific. She is particularly fascinated by the materiality, techniques, and social life of textiles as art, crafts, and commodities.
