Jesus Delgado

Jesus Delgado is currently working as an entrepreneur, exploring a variety of new opportunities. He most recently served as EVP and Chief Merchandising Officer at 7-Eleven, Inc. (SEI) and President of 7-Ventures from 2021 to 2026.

Prior to this most recent tenure at SEI, Jesus worked in Private Equity and launched ZOA Energy alongside Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson from 2018 to 2021.
Earlier in his career, Jesus also served as EVP and Chief Merchandising Officer at SEI, where he led the company’s Merchandising, Marketing, Digital/Social, Logistics, and Manufacturing divisions while serving on the Executive Committee. During this time, he also served as President of 7-Ventures.
Before joining SEI, Jesus shaped capital deployment strategies and built high-performing cultures across a range of roles, including Private Equity, CEO of a retail chain later acquired by 7-Eleven, and operating executive positions in Grocery retail, Management Consulting, and the U.S. Military. Jesus also served as CFO/Deputy COO of the U.S. Treasury Department.

Jesus holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Aerospace) from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, with concentrations in Finance, Strategy, and Marketing.
