Many professionals are already using AI for basic tasks like writing and research, but these tools often fall short in complex, multi-step work. To go further, teams need to move beyond simple prompts and learn how to structure AI into more capable workflows.

This Workshop introduces agent-based AI workflows that can handle more complex, high-impact tasks. We'll explore advanced tools such as Claude Code, Claude Cowork, and OpenAI Codex, and work through hands-on exercises to build multi-step and multi-agent workflows — without requiring any coding. Along the way, we'll examine how these approaches overcome the common limitations of standard AI tools, including context loss, task fragmentation, and inconsistent outputs.

By the end of the session, participants will understand how to design and apply advanced AI workflows that extend beyond basic prompting and enable more reliable, scalable results in their day-to-day work.
