Magnus Tagtstrom is Corporate Vice President of AI Transformations and General Manager for Europe at Iterate.ai, where he helps enterprises turn advances in artificial intelligence into trusted, scalable business capabilities. Working across leaders, technology teams, and partners, Magnus focuses on moving organizations beyond isolated AI experiments toward governed solutions that improve productivity, decision-making, and customer and employee experiences.

Magnus brings more than two decades of experience spanning retail, emerging technology, digital transformation, and enterprise innovation. Before joining Iterate.ai, he served as Global Vice President of Innovation at Alimentation Couche-Tard, the parent company of Circle K, where he led innovation initiatives, helped establish a retail innovation lab with McGill University, and advanced concepts including Pay-by-Plate and computer-vision-based self-checkout.

Known for connecting strategic vision with practical execution, Magnus has led initiatives involving AI, computer vision, automation, digital commerce, and customer experiences. He focuses on helping organizations distinguish AI activity from genuine productivity and build the trust required to make AI a dependable part of business operations.
