Event Overview

Building an inclusive organization begins in the C-Suite, and having a vision of change that values others for their diverse talents and contributions requires decisively acting on the commitment to ensuring equality for all. But the notoriously ambiguous nature of organizational culture can create obstacles to necessary cultural evolution, resulting in frustratingly slow progress despite a growing awareness of the need to build inclusive organizational cultures. Making equality a reality must therefore be a priority: Committed culture makers need to demonstrate bold leadership, take comprehensive action, and foster an empowering environment that both builds and sustains change.

Join Cornell faculty Elizabeth Mannix and Angela Hwang from Pfizer Inc. for a discussion about how forward-thinking organizational leaders are driving sustainable cultural change in the workplace and beyond.
