Jeffrey Horowitz joined Bank of America Securities in April 2005 and is Global Head of Real Estate, Gaming, and Lodging Investment Banking. The REGL team has offices in the United States, Europe, and Asia. He covers a broad range of public and private companies and works on mergers and acquisitions, public and private capital raising, and general corporate advisory transactions. Prior to joining Bank of America Securities, Mr. Horowitz spent approximately 12 years at Citigroup, where he was a Managing Director within Real Estate Investment Banking. Prior to joining Citigroup, he spent three and a half years at Lazard Frères as an associate in Capital Markets and in Real Estate, and he began his career as an analyst in the Real Estate Group at The First Boston Corporation. Mr. Horowitz has a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is a member of NAREIT, the Board of Trustees and member of the Investment Committee of The Urban Land Institute, the Real Estate Roundtable, and the Policy Advisory Board of the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics. Mr. Horowitz is also formerly a member of the Industry Real Estate Financing Advisory Council.

Ralph F. Rosenberg joined KKR in 2011 and is the Global Head of KKR’s Real Estate platform. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Rosenberg was a partner at Eton Park Capital Management and also managed his own firm, R6 Capital Management, which later merged into Eton Park. Previously, he was a partner at Goldman Sachs. He holds an undergraduate degree from Brown University, where he graduated magna cum laude, and holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Mr. Rosenberg is Chairman of the Board of Directors of KKR Real Estate Finance Trust Inc., Chairman of the Board of Directors of KKR Real Estate Select Trust, a Global and U.S Trustee of the Urban Land Institute, a Governor of the Urban Land Institute Foundation, Chair of the Board of Directors of the Pension Real Estate Association, and a member of the Board of Directors of the PREA Foundation. He is an Emeriti Member of the Brown University Corporation and an Honorary Trustee of the Francis W. Parker School in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Rosenberg is also a former Trustee of the Stanford Graduate School of Business Trust and a former Trustee and former Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of the Masters School in Dobbs Ferry, New York.
Sherry Rexroad is the Managing Director and Senior Product Strategist for the Global Real Asset Securities Team. She joined BlackRock in 2012 as Co-Global Chief Investment Officer and Chair of the Investment Committee for the Global Real Estate Securities Group, with 25 years of experience in real estate and real estate securities. Ms. Rexroad most recently served as the Senior Portfolio Manager, REITs – Americas for Aviva Investors Global Listed Real Estate Securities Team. She was previously a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager with ING Clarion Real Estate Securities, with $10 billion in assets under management. Ms. Rexroad’s experience includes global, U.S., income, and long/short hedge fund mandates. Prior to ING, she worked for AEW Capital Management, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and the General Services Administration. Ms. Rexroad graduated from Haverford College and holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She sits on the BlackRock Americas Investment Stewardship Advisory Committee. Ms. Rexroad also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute. She serves on the FTSE Nareit Index Series Advisory Committee, and she is a member of the Advisory Board of Governors for Nareit. Ms. Rexroad is co-chair of Nareit’s Dividends Through Diversity Initiative Steering Committee and is an active member of Wharton Women in Leadership.
Warren de Haan is a founder and one of the four Managing Partners of ACORE, with $17+ billion in assets under management in commercial real estate debt strategies. He is the Head of Asset Originations and is a member of ACORE’s investment committee. Mr. de Haan has 21 years of experience in the commercial real estate finance industry and capital markets. Prior to ACORE, he was the Chief Originations Officer of Starwood Property Trust, Inc. (NYSE: STWD), a public mortgage REIT, from October 2010 to September 2014. Prior to Starwood Mr. de Haan, along with Messrs. Fellows, Tokarski, and Ward, founded Countrywide Financial Corporation’s commercial real estate finance business that was launched in 2004 and grew into one of the largest lending platforms in the United States focused on middle markets, closing over 1,250 commercial real estate loans totaling over $11.5 billion. He was co-head of loan originations, overseeing the expansion of the division’s footprint to 15 offices across the United States. In 2001, Mr. de Haan was a founding partner of Coastal Capital Partners, LLC, a firm focused on acquiring distressed debt and advising clients on restructurings. Prior to Coastal Capital, he was a member of a large loan group in Nomura’s commercial real estate finance division in NYC. Mr. de Haan received a B.S. degree from the Cornell School of Hotel Administration. He also graduated from Hotel Institute Montreux in Switzerland, where he obtained his Swiss Hotel Diploma and American Hotel and Motel Association Diplomas.
