Alexander Koch is the Vice President of Asset Management for Eureka Casinos and Eureka Real Estate Investments. A Long Island native and 2004 graduate of the Cornell Hotel School, Alex began his casino career at the Golden Nugget in operational and financial analysis before moving on to the W Las Vegas development team, Gaming Market Advisors, and Las Vegas Sands, where he led the Financial Planning & Analysis Division for U.S. operations. Since joining Eureka in 2009, Alex has helped make systemic operational and cultural change to drive performance, and he was deeply involved in the transaction to make Eureka Casino Resort the second casino ESOP in the country as well as the first in the State of Nevada. He oversees acquisitions, investments, and special projects for the casino company, and oversees operations and special projects for the real estate company. A NY Giants fan, Alex is married with two daughters. Alex serves as the President of CHS Nevada and is the first Vice President of the local Las Vegas charity Los Vaqueros.

Julia Greenman moved to Las Vegas in 2003 after graduating from the Cornell School of Hotel Administration and started her career at the Rio All Suite Hotel and Casino. She joined the opening team at Wynn Las Vegas in 2005 in restaurant management and has held a variety of positions in food and beverage over the last 15 years, including opening Encore Las Vegas and Encore Boston Harbor. Julia is currently the Executive Director of Restaurant Operations, directly overseeing restaurant operations at Wynn Las Vegas.
Marc J. Falcone has served as the President and Chief Financial Officer of Sightline Payments LLC, a leading digital commerce platform for the gaming industry, since February 2019. Mr. Falcone is also the founder of MF Ventures LLC, a diversified investment platform with investments in companies involved in the real estate, hospitality, gaming and leisure industries, including Kentucky Downs located in Franklin, Kentucky, which operates 750 historical horse racing machines. Mr. Falcone has also served on the Board of Directors of Leisure Acquisition Corporation since December 2017. Mr. Falcone served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Red Rock Resorts, Inc. from October 2015 until May 2017 and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Station Casinos LLC from June 2011 until May 2017. Mr. Falcone served as Treasurer of Station Casinos LLC since January 2013 until May 2017. Mr. Falcone also served as Chief Financial Officer of Fertitta Entertainment LLC from October 2009 through May 2016. Prior to joining Fertitta Entertainment and Station Casinos, Mr. Falcone joined Goldman Sachs & Co. in June 2008 where he focused on restructuring transactions in the real estate, hospitality and gaming sectors under that firm’s Whitehall division. From May 2006 to June 2008, Mr. Falcone was a senior analyst at Magnetar Capital, LLC (an alternative asset management firm), covering the gaming, lodging, leisure, REIT and airline industries. From May 2002 to June 2006, Mr. Falcone was a Managing Director for Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. covering gaming, lodging and leisure companies and was recognized as one of the industry’s top analysts. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Mr. Falcone worked for Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., covering the gaming, lodging and leisure industries. Mr. Falcone holds a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Hotel Administration from Cornell University.
Michael Paz is an Assistant Professor of Accounting at Cornell’s Nolan School of Hotel Administration. His research interests include managerial accounting topics, with a special interest in managerial control and financial incentives. Professor Paz’s current research focuses on issues related to cost management, compensation contracts, and performance feedback. His research has been published in the Journal of Management Accounting Research and Advances in Accounting Behavioral Research.
