We are pleased to announce that Preferred Travel Group has continued its partnership with Cornell University. Through this partnership, we are able to offer all of our member hotels across all of our brands access to Cornell’s world-class, well-designed, tailored learning and development courses – both online and in-person at the campus in Ithaca, New York – which are targeted towards mid-level and senior level associates, at a significantly reduced cost. Options include Cornell’s highly regarded General Manager’s Program and Executive Training courses, and will help strengthen leadership training skills for new managers, as well as associates in the areas of F&B operations, sustainability, and revenue management.

Preferred Emerging Leader Program
Preferred Hotel Group and Cornell University worked together to create a one-of-a-kind leadership training program for member hoteliers. The Preferred Emerging Leader program is 100% online and you can complete it on your schedule.
The program includes four courses, all designed by Cornell’s renowned faculty, and each course can be completed in as little as two weeks. After completing the program’s two core courses, you can choose two electives.
At the start of each course, you will be introduced to your facilitator, an industry expert who will answer your questions and guide you through the program.
