AI and IP for Content Creators and Software Developers

Workshop
Online
Artificial intelligence is both a tool and a disruption to creators of all kinds, whether in the creative industries or in software development. Can creators prevent models from training on their content? Do they have a remedy if that already occurred? What happens if a model produces commercial content that infringes a creator's copyrights? At the same time, many creators and developers are using AI to generate content, inventions, or code they would like to protect. Is “AI-assisted content” truly protectable as intellectual property? This Workshop will explore these questions and provide practical guidance.

AI and the Future of HR

Workshop
Online
Billions of dollars are being invested in AI for HR, transforming its function from simple automation to a complete reinvention of the "human-machine handshake." As AI becomes a foundational layer for organizational infrastructure, HR's role is shifting from administrative oversight to becoming the primary architect of work itself. Failing to adapt means more than just losing efficiency — it means losing your seat as a strategic advisor to the business. This workshop provides HR professionals with a high-level roadmap to navigate the future of the profession. We'll review mind-boggling investments and forecasts for 2026, debating which tasks will be eliminated, which will be enhanced, and what new "full-stack" roles are likely to emerge. We will bridge the gap between HR-specific tools and broader organizational shifts, exploring how AI adoption in other departments will redefine future HR mandates. Together, we'll move from "experimentation" to "orchestration," mapping how to lead workforce redesign and agentic governance. Participants leave with a strategic blueprint for their own career evolution and a clear vision of how to lead their organizations through the human-AI transition.

AI Automation Readiness: Applying Digital Transformation Principles into Strategic AI Implementation

Building Your Marketing AI Playbook: From Code to No Code

Workshop
Online
Most marketing teams are drowning in AI possibilities but starving for practical implementation. While everyone talks about AI agents transforming operations, few understand the underlying decision-making logic that drives meaningful business results. This creates a "black box" problem where marketing investments in agentic tools remain experimental, stay disconnected from core KPIs, and fail to deliver measurable ROI. This Workshop bridges the gap between AI experimentation and systematic deployment by providing marketing professionals with a transparent, hands-on look at agentic architecture. We'll move beyond surface-level AI discussions to audit your marketing organization using the proven Levers & Outcomes framework, identifying high-impact automation targets where current investment is disconnected from results. We'll demystify the "black box" by live-walking through a production-grade agent built with LangChain and LangGraph, revealing exactly how these systems categorize inputs, make routing decisions, and execute complex workflows. We'll then translate this technical understanding into practical application. You'll discover how to express sophisticated agentic logic using plain-language instructions, adapting and running your own versions through no-code tools like Claude Cowork or GPTs. This proves that enterprise-grade AI implementation doesn't require a computer science degree — just the right framework and instruction design. You'll leave with a deep understanding of agentic mechanics and a reusable no-code instruction file ready for immediate deployment in your marketing operations.

Designing AI Governance and Organizational Strategy for Enterprise Adoption

Workshop
Online
AI adoption is accelerating across sectors, yet many organizations lack a structured governance model to deploy these tools responsibly and at scale. Without clearly defined oversight and accountability, AI initiatives often become fragmented or duplicative, exposing institutions to significant legal, compliance, and reputational risks. When strategic alignment to enterprise objectives is missing, teams are left vulnerable to inconsistent execution and unforeseen policy gaps. This Workshop provides a practical operating framework for teams to design and implement a cohesive AI strategy. We'll utilize a Capability Maturity Model to assess current institutional readiness and identify critical governance gaps. Moving from theory to tactical application, we'll establish decision rights and draft a sample AI Steering Committee charter to ensure executive alignment. We'll also define a clear RACI model for AI initiatives, confirming that every team member understands their specific role in maintaining policy guardrails.  By the end of our session, we'll have moved beyond passive consumption to create a phased AI adoption roadmap. We won't just discuss foundational risks; we'll build the actual blueprint needed to lead our institutions through a safe, scalable AI transformation.

Hands-On AI Agents: Vibe-Code AI Workflows and Agent Skills for Personal Productivity

Workshop
Online
Vibe-code your own personal agent. There's a lot of hype around AI agents that answer emails, do research, organize tasks, and maybe even run parts of your life. But how do these agents actually work? Can you trust them? What happens to your data? And where do they actually help versus quietly create new problems? This Workshop cuts through the hype and helps you learn to build AI agents to truly scale your productivity. We'll explain what agents are, what works, what does not, what is safe, and what is not. We start by demystifying how LLMs operate so you can understand why they sometimes hallucinate, where “reasoning” breaks down, and why good results usually come from structure, not magic prompting. From there, we'll build a practical vocabulary for agentic systems: how they plan, how they use tools, how memory works, and why most consumer demos fall apart in real workflows. In the second half, we'll get hands-on with Claude's consumer tools and work through real examples like email triage and LinkedIn tasks. In breakout groups, we'll turn repetitive work into structured, reusable AI workflows that last beyond a single chat session, without writing a line of code. You do not need coding experience. To fully participate, you will need a Pro subscription from Claude, the Claude Chrome extension, and ideally the Claude desktop app. We will discuss other alternatives and free options but we'll build using those tools.

Leading AI Transformation: Bigger Than You Imagine, Harder Than You Expect

Workshop
Online
Most organizations are treating AI as a productivity tool, missing the fundamental shift happening right now. AI has evolved from generating text and images to deploying autonomous agents that plan, execute, and iterate for hours to complete expert-level work, demonstrating that machine intelligence already exists for sophisticated, economically meaningful tasks. This transformation promises inexpensive, widely accessible, and scalable intelligence that will usher in the era of Abundant Intelligence, reshaping business much like the internet, steam engine, and electricity before it. While a few greenfield organizations are realizing dramatic gains, AI transformation in established companies faces a harsh reality: It's bigger than leaders imagine and harder than they expect. This workshop equips teams to navigate the gap between AI's transformative potential and organizational reality. We will explore how machine intelligence will enable disruptive business models, redistribute economic power, and reorganize work itself — going far beyond individual productivity gains. More importantly, we'll develop the ambitious transformation vision, competitive strategy, and deliberate change management process your organization needs to succeed. We will examine real cases of AI transformation success and failure, then build frameworks for experimentation, organizational redesign, and strategic positioning as market power shifts around you. You'll leave with both the strategic perspective to envision your organization's AI future and the practical roadmap to start building it immediately.

Leverage AI and Human Connection To Lead Through Uncertainty

Workshop
Online
AI is changing how high-stakes decisions get made, introducing faster cycles, higher complexity, and greater visibility into every choice leaders make. In this environment, relying on gut instinct or static playbooks is no longer enough. Strategic missteps happen when information is incomplete, assumptions go untested, or decisions aren't communicated in ways that build alignment and trust. This workshop helps technology leaders navigate these challenges by combining time-tested decision frameworks with practical AI applications that raise the quality, speed, and transparency of decisions. We'll work together to build a Living AI Context Engine that organizes and compounds project knowledge so every decision draws from a rich, continuously updated foundation rather than fragmented inputs. We'll apply AI to pressure-test critical choices, challenge hidden assumptions, and reduce decision fatigue when the path forward isn't clear. We'll also show how AI can translate complex decisions into clear, trust-building narratives that secure stakeholder alignment and keep teams moving decisively. Through interactive exercises and live case examples, we'll integrate AI into the decision-making process — not as a replacement for leadership judgment but as a force multiplier that sharpens it.

The AI-Ready Project Manager
