At NAO, we are about connecting, improving and advancing Oregon’s nonprofit sector. That’s why we’re excited to partner with eCornell to offer our Oregon community access to two great online certificate programs: 1) Financial Success for Nonprofits and 2) Conflict Resolution for Leaders – two major areas in our work lives that are in high demand. Each certificate program, which consists of four courses, are affordable, flexible and can be completed from literally anywhere at a pace that fits your own timetable.

• Each course is two weeks long. Within those two weeks, you can work at your own pace, moving through the material and completing assignments as your schedule allows.
• The courses consist of several different elements including pre-recorded videos, case studies, and tools to help you apply the concepts to your work.
• Course assignments could include discussion participation, quizzes and course projects. It is mandatory to participate in discussions and complete assignments in order to earn a mark of ‘complete’. Assignments will be reviewed and graded by the instructor.
