PSEA Bargaining Behaviors Certificate

This certificate program will help prepare you to fulfill your critical role in bargaining activities. Starting from an overview of the PSEA’s structure and history, you will go on to explore the intricacies of Pennsylvania’s collective bargaining laws, dissect and interpret contract language and clauses, study the principles of procedural justice, learn how to best prepare your local members and bargaining teams for negotiations, and establish familiarity with the key issues, behaviors, and dilemmas associated with public-sector bargaining.
